You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use the service only for lawful activities. Your organisation is responsible for users it authorises.
Early access
Early-access capabilities may change, contain defects or become temporarily unavailable. Feedback may be used to improve the product without revealing confidential customer information.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data submitted to SurveyTerra. You grant the limited rights required to host, process, synchronise and export that data on your instructions.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious material or use SurveyTerra to violate another person's rights.
Availability and liability
SurveyTerra is provided according to the applicable plan and agreement. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited and indirect or consequential losses are excluded.
Termination
Access may be ended for material breach, unlawful use or security risk. Export or deletion options are provided according to the applicable plan and retention requirements.
