Request processing
Requests are accepted for manual identity and authority review. Automatic account scheduling, erasure and reminder emails are not active yet. Your authorized handler will confirm the action and deadline before processing. For an urgent request, contact [email protected].
How to request deletion
Enter your account email and select an account option or specific data deletion. Account requests offer Deactivate for 90 days (login blocked, account and data recoverable, then eligible data deleted unless restored) or Permanently delete (10-day rethink period after verification). Submit while online and keep the server reference shown after receipt. The platform owner handles company administrators and personal users; company administrators handle only their own staff. The authorized handler must verify your identity and authority using your account email before processing. Do not submit passwords.
Data covered by your request
Account deletion covers eligible account/profile information, credentials and associated personal data. Company-owned survey records, geometry, attachments and records belonging to others require an authority review. Your account request does not authorize deletion of an entire company workspace.
Verified paid commitments keep access through the paid period; the selected countdown starts afterward, subject to applicable statutory deletion rights. You may request recovery or cancellation through this same form before erasure starts. After permanent erasure, account and data recovery is unavailable. Deletion-request details are removed immediately on fulfilment. Any data retained for legal obligations, security or the rights of others, and its applicable retention period, must be identified in your request outcome. Request and review details are used only while processing and are erased on fulfilment. Submission alone does not delete data, revoke sessions or clear pending offline work.
